Watermelons are definitely the ultimate fruit for summer! Due to their high water content, they are extremely refreshing and thirst-quenching 🍉 In addition to vitamin C, iron, sodium, B vitamins, magnesium and potassium, the watermelon contains a whole range of other valuable nutrients. Raspberries contain a lot of B-group vitamins and vitamin C. ⁠
Mint gives the smoothie a wonderful freshness, which goes perfectly with the fruitiness 🍹⁠

1 kg Watermelon
200 g Raspberries
1 Stück Sprig of fresh mint
2 TL BitterLiebe powder

PREPARATION
Remove the peel from the watermelon and cut it into small cubes.
Put them in a blender with the remaining ingredients or puree everything as finely as possible with a hand blender.
