100 g Hazelnuts
2 Stück Pipettes BitterLiebe drops
100 g Natural yoghurt
6 EL Liquid honey
1 Prise Salt
600 g Frozen raspberries

PREPARATION
Roughly chop the hazelnuts and roast them until golden brown in a pan without fat.
Put on a kitchen towel and let cool down.
Mix the honey, yoghurt, BitterLiebe drops and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Puree lightly chunks with the raspberries in a tall container. Cut the balls and arrange the BitterLiebe ice cream in bowls. Serve immediately, garnished with roasted nuts.
