Banana bread has been eaten in the US and Australia for a long time, but has established itself in Europe for many years 🌐 We're glad we did! 💚

The great thing about bananas is that they can be used as a great substitute for eggs and sweeten the bread! This means that there is no additional sugar 💫

Banana bread is also prepared super quickly and you have something in the house that you can nibble on for several days and that everyone will definitely enjoy 🙈

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.
Mash three of the four bananas until you get a smooth mass.
Whisk the mixture with the milk and add flour, BitterLiebe powder, baking powder and salt.
Knead the dough until all the ingredients are well mixed and a tough bread dough is formed.
Knead the peanuts and hemp seeds into the dough and place the dough in a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
Smooth the surface and place the fourth banana cut in half on the bread dough.
Bake the banana bread for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. It tastes best fresh out of the oven or toasted with a cup of coffee or BitterLiebe tea!
