125 g Seidentofu⠀
75 g Zartbitterschokolade⠀
NaN Vanillezucker⠀
2 Passion fruit
2 TL BitterLiebe powder ⠀
3 TL Haselnusskrokant⠀

PREPARATION
Gently melt the dark chocolate
Puree this with the chocolate, vanilla sugar and BitterLiebe powder to a fine mousse
Put this in the refrigerator for at least an hour to harden
Serve the mousse with passion fruit and hazelnut brittle
