Tip: It is best to take unsulphurized, dried apricots, because sulphurising destroys the vitamins. You can recognize unsulphured apricots by their brown color.

200 g Dried apricots
100 g Roasted almonds
20 g Quinoa Puffs
2 TL BitterLiebe powder
1 Prise Salt

PREPARATION
Coarsely grind the almonds. This also works with a hand blender or mixer.
Chop the apricots. This will help prevent your kitchen appliance from overheating easily later.
Put all the ingredients together and puree them to a fine mass.
Shape the mixture into small Easter eggs and roll them in the quinoa puffs. This works best if you press the quinoa puffs lightly.
