200 g Red lenses
1 Onion
1 Green chilli
3 TL BitterLiebe powder
0 EL Cumin
2 Garlic cloves
20 g Ginger
1 Fresh coriander
400 ml Water
1 Dose Sieved tomatos

PREPARATION
Sauté the onions in a little vegetable oil over medium heat
Then add the spices, chilli, ginger and garlic, steam the mixture for a few more minutes
Then add the lentils, the water and the tomato puree and let it simmer for about 20 minutes
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with rice and / or naan bread
Garnish with yogurt and coriander
