2 Dates
1 Clove of garlic
3 EL Oil
3 EL Apple Cider Vinegar
3 TL BitterLiebe powder
0 TL Salt
6 EL Water
1 Tasse Wildreis
1 Avocado
1 Can of chickpeas
1 Onion
100 g Beetroot
1 Sunflower seeds
50 g Sprouts
1 Chicory
1 TL Coriander
1 Salt & amp; pepper

PREPARATION
For the dressing, puree the dates with the clove of garlic, oil, vinegar, 2 teaspoons of BitterLiebe powder, salt and water to a fine mixture
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet
Fry the onions and chickpeas in a little oil
Season with 1 teaspoon of BitterLiebe powder, the coriander and a little salt and pepper
Put all the ingredients in a bowl
Garnish with toasted sunflower seeds
