1 Eggplant
10 Cherry tomatoes
50 g Rocket salad
4 EL Lemon juice
NaN Olive oil
NaN Salt
NaN Pepper
1 TL BitterLiebe powder

PREPARATION
In a pan over low heat, melt the tomatoes in a little olive oil
Cut the eggplant into thin slices and fry them in olive oil until golden brown
For the dressing, mix the lemon juice with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and BitterLiebe powder
Serve the tomatoes, eggplant, and mozzarella on a bed of rocket with a little dressing
