8 EL Oatmeal
200 ml Almond milk (plant milk)
1 Apple
250 g Sojajoghurt
1 TL BitterLiebe powder
1 EL Maple syrup

PREPARATION
Mix oat flakes with almond milk and let stand for at least half an hour or, preferably, overnight
Finely grate the apple or cut it into very small pieces and mix with the oat flakes
Add soy yogurt and maple syrup
Finally garnish with nuts and any fruit
