These flaxseed crackers are the perfect snack between meals! The great thing about this one is that, unlike other chips and crackers, these are very healthy. In addition to fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, flax seeds contain protein, magnesium, iron and zinc as well as vitamins B1, B6 and vitamin E. In addition, the crackers are rich in bitter substances thanks to our powder! Be sure to try the recipe. The crackers can be stored for several days, but should be stored airtight and in dry rooms, as these easily lose their crispness.

100 g Linseed
20 g Food starch
1 Prise Salt
300 ml Water
2 TL BitterLiebe powder

PREPARATION
Mix all of the ingredients with a whisk until you have a smooth, lump-free mixture.
Let this soak for at least 30 minutes, but preferably for 1–2 hours.
Then spread the dough out as thinly and evenly as possible on baking paper and bake it in the oven for at least 45 minutes at 150 ° C.
Then let the crackers cool and serve them with a dip of your choice. We recommend our artichoke dip!
