1 Stück Apple
100 g Walnuts
0 Bund Fresh dill
2 TL Lemon juice
5 EL Olive oil
1 Stück Lemon
2 EL BitterLiebe powder
1 Prise Salt and pepper

PREPARATION
Wash and halve the chicory heads and grill them on both sides.
Chop the apples and walnuts into small pieces. Put some lemon juice on the apples so they don't turn brown.
Mix the olive oil with the juice of a lemon, 2 tablespoons of BitterLiebe powder and a pinch of salt and pepper and stir everything into a homogeneous sauce.
Mix the dressing with the chicory, apples and walnuts and garnish with fresh dill.
