600 ml Milk
2 EL Sugar
1 Prise Salt
NaN Rapeseed oil
NaN Whipped cream
2 Stück Stage
2 TL Powdered sugar
500 g Advocaat
30 g Gelatine-Fix
2 Pipettes BitterLiebe drops
200 g Fresh berries

PREPARATION
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar and salt until smooth.
Gradually stir in the flour, making sure that there are no lumps.
Brush the pan with oil, heat it and spread a little batter in it very thinly.
Approx. Bake lightly on both sides for 1–2 minutes.
Repeat with the rest of the batter. You get about 12–15 crêpes.
Lightly whip the cream with a mixer. Add the cream stiffener and beat until stiff. Mix the eggnog, BitterLiebe, powdered sugar and gelatine fix. Fold the cream into the BitterLiebe mixture. Place a crepe on a nice cake plate and spread with 1–2 tablespoons of egg liqueur BitterLiebe cream. Top with another crepe and repeat the process until the crepes are used up.
Chill the cake for 1–2 hours.
Take the cake out of the fridge and decorate with berries.
